Since 1998, Training Synergy has been providing high-quality, focused training services and solutions to both the public and private sectors.
Our customers cover a broad spectrum including financial services, retail, IT services, central and local government. Our highly experienced public sector practice provides specialised training to organisations, such as local authorities, central government, the health service and the defence sector. Indeed, either directly or supporting our clients’ change programmes, we have delivered training to the majority of local authorities in England and to every NHS trust and MOD facility.
Our financial services practice has delivered programmes for entire retail banking networks and global financial institutions. These programmes have ranged from simple system migrations to highly complex business transformation projects.
