Where other training companies claim to be different, Training Synergy can demonstrate difference in almost everything it does.

Training Synergy isn’t different for the sake of being different: we’re different because we believe that to meet the needs of today’s customers, training needs to evolve.

We don’t believe that standard, off-the-shelf training courses are the most effective way to learn.

It simply doesn’t make sense to send people on long training courses, where 80% of what they learn will be quickly forgotten – because there’s never any need to put it into practice. We believe in providing training which is totally focused – and teaches only those topics which need to be learnt. It is far better to provide a memorable two-hour training course which is 100% relevant than to try to fit everyone into the same off-the-shelf course. Off-the-shelf courses also often teach a subject in isolation (for example, teaching on the features of a software package) whereas we believe that topics should be taught in the context of the business process – making the learning more relevant. Our approach costs less, takes less time and delivers faster (and more lasting) business payback.

Training Synergy excels at building really good relationships with clients, through strong account management – which involves regular face-to-face meetings and regular contact by telephone and e-mail. We’re highly customer focused and listen closely to our clients – but like to work with clients who want the benefit of our knowledge and want us to contribute and add value as peers, not ‘yes-people’. When issues arise, we deal with them quickly and effectively – always being honest with clients; acting with integrity and sincerity.

We have developed a massive pool of freelance/associate trainers and training consultants, with a huge range of skills and backgrounds, so we can rapidly deploy highly experienced teams to match our clients’ needs. Aligned to this is an extensive network of training resources – including rooms and training equipment.

We have tried and tested processes for developing and delivering training solutions – and ensuring the quality of our training delivery. All of our processes are designed to be flexible so that we’re not forcing our clients to adapt to our way of working.

Whatever anyone says or would like to think, it’s a fact of life that training projects seldom start on time, never finish when they are supposed to and often involve many changes to the original plan. In the real world, organisations need training providers that really understand how training projects work – and are flexible enough to react quickly and positively when the project changes.
