Kickstart succeeds again in Sefton
Training Synergy are pleased to announce the successful completion of another Kickstart programme in Sefton.
Just over sixty people attended the Assessment Day in Sefton with ten candidates chosen to go through to the training course after a rigorous day of testing.
Our client, Arvato Bertelsmann (service providers to Sefton Council), were overwhelmed with the quality of candidates put forward by the Kickstart campaign, finding it extremely difficult to whittle the sixty attendants down to the ten who will proceed to the training stage. All in all, the day can be considered a major success.
The head of this particular Kickstart programme, Siva Singh, commented:
“The Kickstart programme is committed to recruiting people from the local community to fill these important positions. We fully support the creation of local jobs and feel the placing of the candidates into local authorities can go a long way to rejuvenating local areas by reducing worklessness.”

Niall has over 12 years’ of professional training experience, designing and delivering training solutions to support management development, leadership programmes and technology upgrades, including bespoke IT and telecoms training. He also spent 4 years as a sales training manager for a leading training provider. As a result he has developed an acutely commercial appreciation of the training cycle and the need for genuinely consultative relationships with clients.
