Nacro Kickstart provides another great day.

The Synergy Group solutions team delivered another successful Kickstart assessment day for Nacro on 26th of August at the Nottingham Voluntary Action Centre. 55 local candidates were invited to attend the day having successfully passed the pre-selection process.

To identify the best candidates for the 5 Trainee Support Worker posts they participated in a number of assessments including group behavioural exercises, numeracy and literacy tests followed by a final interview with the Nacro team. The selected candidates will undertake a 6 month contract as Trainee Support Workers.

To date Synergy has delivered 15 Kickstart programmes for Nacro, attracting and selecting over 120 employees from the local population.
