Training Synergy recently worked with ASRA Greater London Housing Association to successfully attract and recruit 10 volunteer tenant participants to work in housing, sheltered housing, property services and development.
The housing association manages more than 2,500 homes in 20 London boroughs and five local authority areas in the Home Counties.
Around 75% of its homes are general needs accommodation for all communities, whilst the remaining 25% are occupied by Asian residents, and comprises 50 sheltered housing schemes, 26 special needs projects and two residential care homes.
