Client Testimonial for a Kickstart program for the Continuum Group in March 2010.
Having exhausted all internal resources to attract suitable candidates in the Wisbech region and having previously worked with personnel from Synergy with much success, we decided to approach Synergy to undertake a Kickstart programme for us in this geographic region. The team worked hard at attracting appropriate candidates and we had the largest ever attendance at an assessment centre we have ever experienced. After extensive assessments we successfully appointed 10 candidates to the role of Residential Childcare Workers with our organisation.
