Much of our work in large training projects is undertaken in partnership with systems integration companies, which trust Training Synergy to deliver training projects of almost any size within defined timescales and to set budgets.

We develop close working partnerships with systems integrators, working directly with their sales teams to help secure training business – and then work with their project and account managers to deliver that business, often within agreed service levels.

We have also developed market expertise within several specialist markets – which enables us to add more value, delivering training solutions which are more relevant to our clients’ needs. These markets include government and local authorities, defence, financial services, charities and other not-for-profit organisations, retail and telecoms.
We have also developed a strong market specialisation in the public sector – providing highly specialised legislation training on revenues and benefits, housing and local authority computer systems. We also provide a comprehensive Web-based compliance training and testing service, specifically for organisations in the public sector.
