Dealing with difficult to let/low demand properties
Loss of rental income from whatever source needs to be minimised. An area which often contributes to this problem is difficult to let and/or low demand properties. In addition to loss of rent there are often social, economic and environmental costs, which go hand in hand with the problem.
There are a wide range of reasons why properties are difficult to let or are in low demand. This course aims to look at the reasons and by using good practical examples suggest some solutions to the problem.
As problems and solutions will vary from areas to area, estate to estate, delegate will be encouraged to use their experience and knowledge to produce a strategy to deal with the issue in their area.
