This course is suitable for: all benefit staff, visiting officers, fraud officers, customer services – and any other staff who deal with benefit claims, such as housing officers.

This course is designed to enhance delegates’ knowledge as to what types of fraud may occur, how to recognise the signs, prevention and anti-fraud measures.
