This course is designed to provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of the regulations surrounding ‘Persons from Abroad’. It will provide delegates with the knowledge and skills to effectively deal with HB/CTB claims made by ‘Persons from Abroad’. The course is supported by group discussion, practical exercises and a desk aid.
Learning outcome
By the end of the course entrants will be able to decide when to apply the Person from Abroad rules, how to apply the various immigration tests and whether or not to award HB/CTB to the claimant.
