Delivering Feedback – How to deliver high impact feedback. BOOST – balanced, objective, observed, specific and timely. Key steps in delivering feedback. Tone – assertiveness. Evidence – examples.
Challenge & Support – Mean by challenge and support. Importance of both. Finding the right balance. Delivering uncomfortable feedback.
