Institute of IT Training reaccredits Training Synergy

Training solutions provider Training Synergy has had its Institute of IT Training (IITT) accreditation as an external service provider renewed for a further 12 month period. Training Synergy has held this accreditation since 2004.

According to the IITT’s assessor’s report this year, Training Synergy has ‘made some excellent progress since the last accreditation visit in focusing the business on high end projects. This has effectively re-positioned the organisation from being a commodity-based business to a service-based operation.

‘While acknowledging this change in the business, you have, at the same time, been able to manage the transition and maintained your core values. In these circumstances it is a pleasure to confirm that you have passed the accreditation once again – with no non-conformances,‘ comments the assessor’s report.

Daniel Hanlon, Training Synergy’s managing director, observed: “In addition, it was pleasing to see the IITT’s assessor conclude that both our business metrics and the underlying fiscals are ‘sound’.

“We’re passionate about producing cost-effective training through driving down the cost of training as well as delivering training of the highest quality,“ Hanlon continued. “That passion for delivering high quality, value-for-money training has helped us to 15th place in this year’s list of the ‘Top 50 IT training companies’, compiled by market analysts IT Skills Research.

“Moreover, a couple of months ago, we moved to new offices in nearby Southwark from our previous headquarters in the city of London in order to accommodate our growth.

“We’re increasing staff numbers and have introduced a tier of training project managers to work with customers to provide a holistic and value added managed training service. In addition, we’re now exploring a number of growth opportunities, including investigating acquiring e-/ blended learning providers and other related training companies,“ Hanlon added.
