Company accreditations

Training Synergy places a great deal of emphasis on quality control at each and every stage of our work – and strives to operate to ethical standards and guidelines.

  • Accredited Certificate for Tutors and Trainers (ACTT)

    STA Project has been endorsed by the British Computer Society as evidence towards the Accredited Certificate for Tutors and Trainers (ACTT), equivalent to level 4 on the National Qualifications Framework.

  • BCS Approved Centre

    Training Synergy is a British Compuer Society (BCS) Approved Centre, training people on STA Project, is is accepted as evidence towards the Accredited Certificate for Tutors and Trainers (ACTT), equivalent to level 4 on the National Qualifications Framework.

  • European Computer Driving Licence

    Training Synergy encourages clients which are undertaking computer desktop training programmes to use the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) as a means of measuring the abilities of those who have been trained. Training Synergy is itself working towards companywide ECDL status within its staff.

  • Information Technology Qualification

    e-skills UK, the Learning Skills Council and the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority have developed the vocational Information Technology Qualification (ITQ). As with ECDL, Training Synergy promotes the use of this within training projects – and is also working towards internal staff accreditations.

  • Investor in People

    As you might expect, Training Synergy is as committed to increasing and maintaining the skills of its own team as we are with the skills of our customers – and have been an Investor in People since 1999.

  • ISO 9001: 2000

    All of Training Synergy’s training project resourcing and administration processes, used on all of our training projects, are accredited to 9001: 2000 standard.

  • Positive About Disabled People

    The Positive about Disabled People symbols are used by organisations which have agreed to take action to meet five commitments regarding the employment, retention, training and career development of disabled employees. Training Synergy is proud to uphold these commitments and has been awarded the Employment Services’ double tick emblem for our commitment to helping people with disabilities to find employment.

  • STA and STA Project

    Training Synergy has invested in its own accreditation programmes: STA and STA Project. These two programmes are designed for in-house trainers and project-based trainers respectively. In November 2006, STA Project was endorsed by the British Computer Society as evidence towards its new Accredited Certificate for Tutors and Trainers qualification.

  • The Institute of IT Training

    We are actively involved with the Institute of IT Training to raise quality standards. Training Synergy is accredited by the Institute of IT Training, as an Institute-accredited external training provider, for its commitment to high quality and process improvement in the provision of IT training services.
