Trainer accreditations

The quality of any training is only as good as the quality of the trainers – which is why we work with the best, and provide our own training to ensure the excellence of their skills.
Training Synergy’s highly efficient business model utilises a pool of training associates, which provides a quickly scalable resource.
We have developed our own trainer certification programmes, STA (Synergy Trainer Accreditation) and STA Project (Synergy Trainer Accreditation for Projects). These accreditation programmes are recognised by the British Computer Society as evidence towards its Accredited Certificate for Tutors and Trainers.
To ensure the quality of all of trainers with whom we work, all associate trainers are thoroughly screened and vetted. Our screening process involves the following;
- Telephone interviews
- Face-to-face interview
- Confirmation of qualification documents
- Training evaluation session (a test teaching session)
- Two recent work-based references
- Verification of authority to work within the United Kingdom and the European Union
- Criminal Records Bureau checks when legally justifiable (a cost borne by the client)
- Assistance with completion of security forms
Each and every one of Training Synergy’s associates adheres to our rigorous quality code. This quality code covers conduct, professional behaviour, legal awareness and contractual awareness. We also provide all our associates with an information pack which includes a charter, outlining what is expected of each individual while on site with our clients – and what they can expect from Training Synergy.
Our training associates are assessed against a list of competences required to carry out the assigned role. Once a training associate has been through this process they are assessed and monitored on an ongoing basis to ensure they maintain the highest standards of delivery and professionalism on our training projects.
We also provide one of the industry’s most thorough pre-project train-the-trainer programmes, to ensure that each project is undertaken by trainers who are 100% aligned with the needs of the client and the requirements of the project.
Our process of continuous quality measurement normally includes analysis of the end-of-course evaluation forms, regular trainer reviews, periodic ‘spot checks’ of trainers on a client’s site, and receiving client- and team-management feedback.
