About this course:
This course provides an Introduction to Social Housing. It takes a look at the history and development of the sector, how it is regulated, inspected and financed and the organisations involved in its delivery. It finishes by considering the current issues facing the sector and the challenges for the future.

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

- Identify the key factors in the development of Social Housing
- List the key organisations involved in the regulation and funding of the sector
- Explain the difference between Capital and Revenue Income and Expenditure
