About this course:
Managing tenancies is a key function of Social Landlords. This course will provide an introduction to tenancies and their management. Delegates will take a look at the types of tenancies and licences used by Social Landlords and how they can be brought to an end. They will also consider how to deal with issues around, succession, assignment and exchange and the rights which tenants have.

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
