About this course:
Rent income management is arguably the most important function carried out by a Social Landlord. If the rent is not collected there will be an impact on all the other services the organisation provides. This course looks at ways of preventing arrears occurring in the first place and the steps which can be taken to collect arrears if prevention fails.
