Day-to-day contact with our training clients is through our account management team, whose key role is to understand and fulfill their needs.
At Training Synergy we believe that it is essential to understand our clients’ businesses in order to deliver a relevant training service. To achieve this, our account managers work closely with clients to develop strong relationships built on trust, knowledge and respect.
We work hard to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, and know that regular and clear communications are a key factor in achieving this. We schedule frequent face-to-face meetings and have regular telephone and e-mail contact with clients to ensure that both sides are equally well informed.
When we’re working with our outsourcing partners, our account managers operate closely with them, to work seamlessly to service our common customers – with our account managers offering the highest level of account support possible.
We operate with a high degree of professionalism, and all of our account managers have substantial experience in the training industry and are able to intelligently and proactively assist clients with advice, help and support.
Whether we are working directly or through an outsourcing partner, our account management goal is always the same: total customer satisfaction.
