When managing large training projects, it’s easy to forget that much of the ongoing work needs to be handled by a skilled administration team.

All training projects consist of lots of detail – managing components of training events at locations right around the UK. To ensure that all elements of a project, no matter how small, perform exactly when and how they’re expected, Training Synergy has a dedicated training project administration team.

Our project administrators are responsible for ensuring that all of the day-to-day elements – which may seem trivial but are each vital to ensure overall project success – are kept running exactly as intended.

Course development needs to be managed. Course materials need to be produced and arrive at the right location, at the right time. Training rooms need to be booked and equipment allocated. The most appropriate trainers for the project need to be assigned and coordinated on a daily basis.

And, when things don’t quite go according to plan, our training administrators respond rapidly to resource alternatives and to get things back on track.

Our training administrators handle this, and much more, working to processes which are accredited to ISO 9001:2000.

By looking after the detail in a meticulous way, we ensure that no matter how large the training project, it is always kept moving towards its agreed goals.
