Our project coordinators form a bridge between the project managers and the project administrators.

If one thing is true of all training projects, you can never provide enough project control.

With our project managers providing top-level accountability and our training administrators handling all of the day-to-day project detail, our project coordinators work between the two to ensure the coordination between project milestones and project activities.

The project coordinator is responsible for managing the larger aspects of the training project and working with the project manager and project administrators to ensure that everything is working smoothly from top to bottom.

All of our project coordinators and training administrators work to detailed but flexible processes (to ensure that changes to projects are handled quickly and smoothly) which are accredited to ISO 9001:2000.

Training Synergy’s project coordinators ensure that the project is working towards its defined milestones.
