Training Synergy’s unmatched business model provides organisations with access to thousands of trainers with an unparalleled breadth of skills.
Training Synergy works with a substantial pool of expert trainers, providing our clients with access to a wide range of skills spread right across the UK. All of our trainers are associates or freelance, which means we don’t have to carry the costs associated with legacy training businesses.
We have access to around 7,000 trainers across the UK, from which around 2,000 are Training Synergy associates. From these we typically work with a core of around 1,000 trainers – 600-700 of whom we use for ad hoc assignments – and between 200-300 are engaged on longer term projects.
The skills of these trainers range from standard desktop applications to bespoke applications and specialised business systems, and to soft skills such as project management.
With a geographical spread right across the UK, we are able to allocate trainers to projects without having to require them to often travel significant distances – reducing travel and accommodation costs for our clients.
All trainers are fully vetted and have to work within defined guidelines. Our associates have to complete our own trainer STA accreditation programmes (or equivalent accreditations), which are recognised by both the British Computer Society and The Institute of IT Training.
In addition, at the start of each project, a detailed project induction/train-the-trainer programme ensures training consistency and that trainers are working towards defined project goals.
