Our learning consultants start by working with clients to understand the goal of the training – and, often, the business change which is driving the need for the training programme.
Training Synergy’s goal is not to teach subjects in isolation, but in the context of your business processes and organisational working methods. For example, a CRM or EPOS system may represent vast topics when taught in isolation, but when taught in context, learners only learn what they need to – and how it relates to their role and their organisation.
Our instructional designers and course developers will then develop the course around the key learning points which have already been agreed. We are as adept at developing courses for e-learning as we are for the classroom or lectures, and equally proficient at creating blended learning programmes which combine the best of both media. We also handle newer, innovative media such as pod casts.
