Our Train the Trainer courses are ideal for developing or refreshing a professional trainer’s ability to run effective and exciting training programmes. As training professionals spend a great deal of time training others, we found that when trainers themselves received training it would be aimed at familiarising them with a new module, programme or specific technical area. What is often neglected in this process is the trainers’ ability, confidence and motivation to deliver training programmes effectively. What do trainers get to help them rekindle their creative spark and enthusiasm for training?

Our Train the Trainer courses are IITT accredited under the Trainer Performance Monitoring & Assessment service (TPMA) which now provides the industry with a single standard and assessment for all elements of the IT training industry, leading to a joint IITT/BCS certificate and provides a stepping stone to a Level 3/4 nationally recognised qualification on the Qualifications and Credit Framework.
