Overview
Course duration: 2 days
It will give trainees an understanding of the various legal notices to be served, and highlight Tenure issues.
This highly practical workshop focuses on Tenure Agreements and Legal Action and will give the trainee a step by step approach on how to obtain possession of a property. It will identify whether or not an eviction has been carried out legally and it will also raise awareness of illegal evictions.

This course is suitable for all employees who work within a housing environment and whose role it is to determine homelessness applications. Housing Officers, Estate Managers, Housing Information Officers
