Course duration: 2 days
This course will focus on the principles of Private Sector Leasing, paying for Private Sector Leasing, Local Housing Allowance rates and what this means for people renting in the Private Sector. Rent restrictions, rent deposit schemes, housing benefits for private tenants. Repairs and maintenance, disrepair in the private rented sector, Health Housing and Safety Rating System and how this affects PSL.
We will also be looking at Tenure Agreements and the process of ending Tenancies, under the PSL.
