Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults

Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults (Protection from Abuse) training course from Training Synergy.
- Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
People with care and support needs are often most vulnerable to abuse, and it is essential that staff who are working with them are able to recognise the signs of abuse and how to respond appropriately within the context of national, local and organisational policy and procedure.
This one day course is intended to enable learners to understand the various forms that abuse can take, the social policy and regulatory context in which they are working, and their role in reporting suspected or actual abuse should this come to their attention.
