- Direct vs. Indirect discrimination.
- Personal Responsibility : perceptions, behaviour and attitudes to race
- Paradigms : Clarity on race and how we see things
- Links : stereotyping, prejudice, discrimination and Institutional forms of discrimination
- The Law : key legislation covering race, gender, disability and human rights
- Cross cultural communication and issues of difference
