Echelon is a well established organisation development consultancy that supports clients to develop ‘whole organisation leadership’. We work largely with public sector organisations whose leaders have a professional and frequently academic background. These organisations are generally complex, political, with strategic cross-organisation relationships. Leadership development needs to focus on building communication skills, intra and inter-team working and strategic thinking. Knowledge transfer is an imperative and can be supported with our learning technology solutions; these benchmark and track the development of individuals and support the sustainability of organisation and leadership development.

Our Team

Our consultants have all held senior public sector positions, have postgraduate qualifications and generally are also non-executive directors of public bodies. They have deep roots in the NHS with a total of 40 years executive and non executive experience between them.

They are prolific researchers and authors on topics such as leadership, knowledge management, governance, stakeholder relationships and communication.
