One of the things which sets Training Synergy apart is that most of the training we provide is bespoke.

To be effective, training needs to be accurately targeted to the learning need. This is precisely why most of our training is bespoke.

While off-the-shelf training courses may be convenient, they are generically designed for every person, in every situation. Inevitably, off-the-shelf courses teach most people many things they don’t need to learn – wasting time and money. For a two-day course, as little as two hours’ learning may be fully relevant to a learner.

Training Synergy has a different approach. All of the training we provide is bespoke – designed for a specific client to meet a specific training need.

This makes it more relevant and more engaging – but the benefits of our approach aren’t confined to the learner. Our training typically takes far less time (because we’re only teaching that which needs to be learnt) and costs far less money.

Our training consultants will work with you to define the training need, which may include measuring the skills of the people to be trained. Our instructional designers and course developers will then create a learning programme which is a perfect match for your needs (whether the training is delivered in the classroom, via lectures or via e-learning over the Web).

No corners are cut, the learning is exactly the training you need, no more and no less – the only things cut are time and money.
