We offer a full schedule of courses including evening and weekend dates as well as closed company courses. If you have in-house facilities or have a preferred venue, our team of trainers and assessors are available to travel to you.

National Standard for all training subjects

The Trainer Performance Monitoring & Assessment (TPMA) is a nationally recognised training accreditation designed to create a quality benchmark against which training standards across the UK can be measured. This national standard is not subject specific and focuses on the skills of the trainer and not their knowledge of the topic. Training Synergy is one of the few organisations in the country to offer this valuable training certification.
