The people who are to be trained will be surveyed using a tool which is appropriate to the number of people and number/complexity of questions to which answers are needed. To ensure maximum uptake we aim to keep TNA’s short but with enough detail to capture vital data.

This is then assessed by our training consultants who report back their findings and recommendations to the client. A successful training needs analysis programme will not only help to determine those topics which need to be learnt but also the best training methods to use (such as classroom training or e-learning – or perhaps a blended learning approach).
